Jamie Gruschow

Jamie Gruschow, MBA, M.S. currently serves as a Participation Servicer at Atlantic Union Bank, responsible for structuring complex commercial deals and consulting with bankers as needed. Previously, Jamie held the position of Loan Processor at People's United Bank, overseeing fraud training, coordinating loan services, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Jamie has extensive experience in loan servicing across multiple institutions, including roles at United Bank and H&R Block, where responsibilities included loan document analysis, payment processing, and tax preparation. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from American International College, in addition to a Master’s degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.
