Karan Saini

Karan Saini has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Karan began their career as an Administrative Assistant at The World Bank, where they efficiently managed daily correspondence and facilitated communication between different departments. Following this, Karan worked at Wells Fargo as a Personal Banker and later as a Senior Teller/Service Manager Mentor, where they coached tellers and implemented strategies to improve customer service and reduce losses. Karan then joined Wells Fargo Advisors as a Licensed Personal Banker/Brokerage Associate, where they achieved top sales and service performance. Karan continued their career at Wells Fargo as a Branch Manager, overseeing a team and maintaining high service standards. Karan also gained experience at SunTrust Investment Services as a Licensed Branch Manager before joining SunTrust as a Branch Manager/Assistant Vice-President. In their current role at Atlantic Union Bank, Karan serves as a Business Branch Manager II and Vice-President. Throughout their career, Karan has demonstrated strong leadership, sales performance, customer service skills, and financial analysis abilities.

Karan began their studies at Delhi University from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature/Letters. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2005 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management. In addition to their formal education, Karan also obtained certifications in areas such as Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in October 2021, and Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues from LinkedIn in July 2020.
