Lesa Kerley

Lesa Kerley has extensive experience in human resources and benefits management, currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Human Resources/Benefits Consultant at Atlantic Union Bank since 2006. In addition to this role, Lesa has worked as a Benefits Specialist at Union Bank & Trust since January 2018 and as an Officer, Benefits and Compensation Analyst since the acquisition of Xenith Bank in July 2016, where previous roles included HR Benefits and Training Manager. Prior to these positions, Lesa was the Director of Human Resources at Suffolkfirst Bank, overseeing various HR functions. Lesa holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Florida State University, earned between 1980 and 1983.
