Michael Botello

Michael Botello currently serves as the AVP, Treasury Manager at Atlantic Union Bank, where responsibilities include asset liability management, loan and deposit pricing, liquidity management, capital management, and investment portfolio management. Prior experience includes roles as a Financial Analyst and Measurement Analyst at Commerce Bank, where Michael led budget development and implemented multi-year loan forecasts, as well as provided financial analysis for cost-saving initiatives. Michael's earlier career includes a Treasury Analyst position at UMB Bank focusing on risk management and capital planning, and various roles at PNC, including Compliance Program Analyst and Loan Servicing Analyst, managing operational risk and a substantial loan portfolio. Michael holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Rockhurst University, along with dual degrees in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and has furthered education at the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and Wharton Executive Education in Organizational Leadership.
