Rob Duke

Rob Duke, MAI, AI-GRS has extensive experience in the field of commercial appraisal. Rob currently serves as the Team Lead - Senior Commercial Appraiser at Atlantic Union Bank since 2019. Prior to this, they held a similar role at Union Bank & Trust starting from 2012. Rob also worked at M&T Bank, where they served as the Senior Commercial Appraiser and Vice President, and before that as the Commercial Appraisal Officer and Assistant Vice President. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Commercial Vice President at Perry & Associates. Rob's diverse experience in the industry spans over two decades, starting from 1994 when they worked in various roles.

Rob Duke, MAI, AI-GRS, is an individual with a strong educational background and a diverse range of certifications. Rob began their education at James Madison University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from 1990 to 1994. Following their undergraduate studies, Rob enrolled in the Appraisal Institute to further enhance their knowledge in the field of Commercial Real Estate Appraisal. Rob obtained the designation of MAI from the Appraisal Institute, indicating their expertise in Commercial Real Estate Appraisal. Additionally, Rob also pursued the AI-GRS qualification, specializing in Commercial Real Estate Appraisal Review.

In addition to their educational pursuits, Rob has also earned several certifications to complement their expertise. These include certifications from LinkedIn on various topics such as Self-Awareness, Authenticity, and Leadership (obtained in February 2021), Leading Inclusive Teams (obtained in February 2021), and Leading through Relationships (obtained in February 2021).
