Russ Marshall

Russ Marshall's work experience includes various roles in the digital product management and consulting field.

Russ began their career at Fifth Third Bank in 2003, where they worked as a Lead Project Manager until 2007. Russ then worked as a Principal Project Manager, AVP from 2008 to 2015, leading the implementation of the Investment Advisors compensation validation engine into CRM, which improved operational efficiencies and CRM pipeline information.

In 2016, Russ joined the nCino development team at Fifth Third Bank as a Principal Business Analyst, AVP. Russ onboarded the team by completing the nCino 1.0 certification and continued working in this role until 2020.

In 2021, Russ moved to Heitmeyer Consulting, where they worked as an nCino Business Systems Analyst from March to August, and then as an nCino Product Owner from August to December.

Currently, Russ is employed at Atlantic Union Bank as the Vice President, Digital Product Owner III, since December 2021. Russ also took on the role of Vice President, Digital Product Manager in August 2022.

Russ Marshall earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Marketing, from the University of Arkansas. In terms of additional certifications, Russ Marshall obtained the following: Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in April 2022, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in March 2021, nCino 2.0 Commercial Banking Functional Wave certification from nCino, Inc. in December 2020, nCino 2.0 Treasury Management Functional Wave certification from nCino, Inc. in December 2020, nCino 1.0 certification from nCino, Inc. in May 2020, ITIL Foundation Level from EXIN in March 2011, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in March 2004.
