Paul Polyviou

Paul Polyviou is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end hospitality environments. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Atlantica Hotels & Resorts since February 2020, Paul previously held the position of Executive Sous Chef and Chef De Cuisine at Carob Mill Restaurants Ltd from November 2014 to February 2020. Additionally, Paul gained experience as a Sous Chef at the Council Oak Steak House within the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa from January 2014 to November 2014, as well as at VIP Lounges at Mohegan Sun from October 2013 to 2014.
