Ryan Carkhuff

Ryan Carkhuff, MPA, currently serves as the Head of People and Culture for North America at Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure Plc, a role held since 2021. Prior to this, Ryan held various human resources positions at Newfold Digital from January 2017 to 2021, where responsibilities included serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner. Earlier experience includes working as an Employee Development HR Business Partner at Zenefits, a Program Director in the Governor's Office of the State of Arizona, and in Employee Relations at Arizona State University. Ryan began a career in human resources at the American Red Cross, focusing on Employee & Volunteer Relations. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Arizona State University, earned between 2011 and 2013.
