Irene M. Hernandez

Irene M. Hernandez is the current General Counsel at Atlantica Yield. Irene has held this position since November 2013. Prior to their current role, they served as the Deputy Director- General Secretariat at Abengoa Solar, S.A. from June 2012 to November 2013. Hernandez began their career as an Associate legal counsel in several law firms from June 2005 to October 2010 before being promoted to Senior Legal Counsel at Abengoa Solar from October 2010 to July 2012.

The educational career for Irene M. Hernandez includes a Master's in Business and Energy Law from REPSOL-CCS, a Master's in Legal Practice from ICAM/Escuela de Experiencia Profesional, and a degree in Civil Service Administration from the Oposición TAC.
