Tomás Santa-Cruz is currently the Director of Strategy & Corporate Development at Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure Plc. Prior to this role, Tomás held various finance and strategy positions at Abengoa and Abengoa Brasil. With a background in corporate law, finance, and business administration, Tomás has extensive experience in financial analysis, risk monitoring, and internal audit within the energy and infrastructure sectors. Tomás has played key roles in financial restructuring processes, M&A transactions, and project finance management throughout their career. Tomás holds an Executive MBA from IESE Business School and has a strong educational background in finance, corporate law, and business administration.
