Benjamin Trinh has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Benjamin began their career as a Trade Assistant at AMS Sourcing BV in 2006. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at Axis Research Vietnam as a Research Manager, where they led qualitative research projects and managed client services. Benjamin then joined Nielsen as a Research Manager, specializing in industries such as finance, automobiles, telecommunications, FMCG, and pharmaceuticals.
In 2012, Benjamin became a Senior Consumer Insights Analyst at Philip Morris International. Benjamin supported the management board in developing brands by generating consumer and market insights. Benjamin also facilitated cross-market collaboration and innovation.
From 2014 to 2016, Benjamin worked at GSK in various roles, including Multi-channel Marketing Insights Lead and Global Customer Insight Manager. Benjamin led projects to enhance customer experience and provided analytics and market insight support to the Global Respiratory Franchise.
Benjamin joined FWD Insurance as an Associate Director of Customer Experience in 2018, where they formulated customer-related strategies and frameworks. Benjamin also worked closely with stakeholders to determine business objectives and monitored customer experience KPIs.
In 2020, Benjamin pursued a Master's degree in Applied Data Science at the University of Canterbury. Benjamin acquired programming skills in Python, R, SQL, Hadoop, Spark, and Tableau.
In 2020 and 2021, Benjamin worked at Argos Solutions as a Data Scientist, where they analyzed customer loan repayment behavior and built machine learning models.
From 2021 to 2023, Benjamin held roles at Micado and Atlantis Health as a Data Analyst and Senior Data Scientist, respectively. - From 2004 to 2007, they attended De Haagse Hogeschool/The Hague University of Applied Sciences, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
- In 2011, they pursued further education at Akamai University and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services in 2013.
