Nicole Christiansen

Nicole Christiansen is an experienced data scientist currently employed at trinamiX GmbH since August 2019, specializing in chemometrics, machine learning, and statistical programming using Python, R, and C#. Prior to this role, Nicole served as a senior statistician at Metanomics Health from August 2016 to July 2019, focusing on the identification and validation of diagnostic biomarkers and providing statistical support for pharmaceutical projects. Nicole's extensive background also includes over a decade at metanomics GmbH in various capacities, including project management and data science roles, leading significant projects related to biomarker development and metabolite profiling. Nicole holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Technische Universität Berlin and has a strong foundation in bioinformatics, evidenced by contributions to the development of a proprietary metabolomics database.
