Byron Naidoo has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Food & Beverage Operations Manager at Atlantis Resorts since February 2020. Previously, Byron held the position of General Manager for Gordon Rasamy Group's Bread Street Kitchen and worked at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai from January 2017 to October 2022, progressing from Restaurant Manager at Prime68 to Food & Beverage Operations Manager. Byron also has a history with Atlantis Resorts from 2011 to 2017 in roles ranging from Restaurant Manager to Assistant Restaurant Manager and Food & Beverage Team Leader. Earlier experience at One&Only Resorts as a Food & Beverage Supervisor further solidified Byron's expertise. Byron holds a Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, completed in 2008.
