Darnell Davis

Darnell Davis has a diverse background in human resources, beginning in 2011 as a Human Resources Coordinator at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Labour Relations Assistant at Atlantis Resorts, where they were the main point of contact for employees with labor-related concerns and facilitated resolution. Darnell then joined Hilton as a Training & Team Relations Manager, focusing on creating and implementing training programs to enhance team member engagement and hospitality skills. In 2018, Darnell became the Talent & Culture Manager at Rosewood Baha Mar, where they spearheaded recruitment, implemented HR policies, and organized various employee engagement and recognition events. In 2022, they moved to FTX Digital Markets as a Human Resources Director before joining Atlantis Resorts again in 2023 in the same role.

Darnell Davis holds a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from Barry University, which they obtained by the year 2021. Prior to that, Darnell completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology also at Barry University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Darnell obtained various certifications such as Conflict Resolution Foundations from LinkedIn in November 2021, a Certificate in Law for HR Practitioners from The University of the West Indies in May 2021, Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers from LinkedIn in May 2020, and Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in May 2020.
