Kim di Fruscia

Kim Di Fruscia has extensive experience in talent acquisition and operations. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Operations at Atlantix Partners, where they are responsible for sourcing and recruiting finance, technology, and analytics roles. Kim is also involved in scaling recruiting and onboarding practices.

Prior to their current role, Kim worked as the Lead TA Partner at Varis, a SaaS P2P start-up subsidiary. Kim played a crucial role in recruiting for SaaS enterprise sales, professional services, executive search, and technology positions.

Before Varis, Kim held the position of Executive Recruiter/Corporate Talent Acquisition Leader at Hayes Locums. Kim worked closely with the C-Suite to develop talent acquisition strategies and hired for mid to executive-level roles.

Kim also has experience as the Executive Recruiter/Director of Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Onboarding at Vision Group. Kim managed hiring needs, oversaw recruiting for various roles, and led a team of four recruiters.

Additionally, Kim has served as the Senior TA Partner at ADT, where they specialized in recruiting for marketing, procurement, product, analytics, info tech, and executive roles. Kim also collaborated with C-Suite and HRBPs to meet hiring needs.

In the early stages of their career, Kim worked as the General Manager of Talent Acquisition at Quantum Management Services Ltd., where they focused on finance and executive search. Kim successfully launched a division specializing in permanent and contractual accounting and executive placements.

Kim began their career at Robert Half, where they held multiple roles including Branch Manager, Division Director, and Staffing Manager. Kim was recognized for their success in operation startup and played a key role in full-cycle recruitment and sales business development.

Throughout their career, Kim has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, leadership, and strategic planning, making their a valuable asset in any organization.

Kim Di Fruscia has a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University, a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing and Finance from McGill University, an Honors Commerce Degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Manitoba, a Certificate in Communication and Public Speaking from Dale Carnegie, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute.
