Leisa Spears Snyder

Leisa Spears Snyder currently serves as the Director of Workforce Development at Atlas Air, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Leisa was the Vice President of Workforce at the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce from October 2017 to January 2022, and the Director of Alumni Engagement at Thomas More College for a brief period in 2017. Leisa's extensive experience also includes serving as the Executive Director for both the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Foundation and Leadership Northern Kentucky from April 2012 to May 2017, where initiatives focused on economic prosperity and community leadership development. Earlier career roles include Business Coordinator at Mulcahy Dental Associates and Field Service Manager at Delta Air Lines. Leisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Thomas More University.
