Lyndsey started their career as a Service Desk Manager at Perfect Image Ltd, where they were responsible for implementing and maintaining technology and processes to ensure high customer satisfaction. Lyndsey was responsible for creating project process for Perfect Image to adhere to, as well as managing and motivating the project teams.
