R&d Tension Team Lead at Atlas Copco

Adam Lee CEng MIMechE has extensive work experience in research and development engineering. Adam started their career at Glasscoat International Ltd as a Design Engineer, where they were involved in designing, developing, installing, and commissioning glass substrate coating machines for clients worldwide. Adam had the opportunity to work in various countries across Europe, South Africa, Brazil, and Russia. In 2011, Adam joined Tentec Limited as a Design Engineer before moving onto Atlas Copco in 2014. At Atlas Copco, they initially worked as a Research and Development Engineer before transitioning into the role of Senior R&D Engineer Tension. Currently, Adam holds the position of R&D Tension Team Lead at Atlas Copco.

Adam Lee, CEng MIMechE, holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Birmingham City University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, completing their studies from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also obtained several certifications, including being a Chartered Engineer accredited by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers in 2018. Adam has further developed their professional skills through certifications focused on areas such as psychological safety, diversity, inclusion, collaborative leadership, communication, resourcefulness, and well-being. Adam has also enhanced their remote work capabilities through specialized training.
