Dan Weaver

Dan Weaver has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries. Dan started their career at Total Frequency Control Ltd as a Sales Correspondent, where they focused on business development and managing sales orders. Dan then moved to ECM Electronics Ltd, where they worked as a Sales Correspondent, Product Specialist, and eventually became a Product Manager. At ECM Electronics Ltd, they were responsible for project management, pricing strategy, and increasing sales through marketing strategies.

Afterwards, Dan worked at Smartcool Systems Inc. as a Sales Manager, Operations Manager, and eventually became the Product Director. In these roles, they were responsible for increasing sales, managing technically complex programs, and leading product development strategy.

Dan then joined Edwards as a Senior Product Manager. Their responsibilities included introducing new service initiatives, managing brand portfolios, and identifying growth opportunities. Dan focused on equipment lifecycle revenue and influenced new product development.

Most recently, Dan joined Atlas Copco as the Team Lead of NPI Product Management and later became the Vice President of Engineering. In these roles, they created a new team of Product Managers, balanced complex relationships with 4 divisions, and supported the diversity of 3 major product brands.

Dan Weaver has a diverse education history. In 1989, they attended Steyning Grammar School and earned a GCSE in General Studies. From 1992 to 1994, they pursued Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Northbrook College. In 2005, they enrolled at DePaul University, completing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, General in 2007. Finally, they participated in the Explorer Leadership Program at Duke University for International Business in 2017.
