Esther Baeyens

Esther Baeyens currently serves as a Competence Coordinator at Atlas Copco since March 2017, while also working as a Communication Coordinator focusing on Competence and CRM. Prior to this, Esther gained experience as an English Language Teacher at Xianyang Normal University, instructing both college students and children aged 5-8. Additionally, Esther worked briefly as a Care Worker and Assistant Mentor at Diensten en Begeleidingscentrum Openluchtopvoeding VZW. Esther holds a Master of Translation in English-Chinese from the University of Antwerp and also completed a Bachelor of Applied Language Studies in English-Chinese from the same institution, alongside studies at Yunnan University and Xianyang Normal University.
