Radosław Sałajczyk

Tomasz Rados currently serves as a Financial Officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tomasz was a Financial Correspondent and Project Assistant at the European Commission, contributing to the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support from February 2022 to January 2024. Additional experience includes being a member of the Stakeholder's Council at the University of Warsaw's Faculty of Political Science and International Studies from December 2020 to December 2023, and involvement with the European Defence Agency and the European External Action Service in coordination-focused roles. Tomasz's career began at the Ministry of Economy and Labour, leading to multiple positions within the European Commission and the presidency of Network PL, an association for Polish employees in international organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw, obtained between 1998 and 2003.
