Jacqueline Stricker

Jacqueline (Perrin) Stricker currently serves as Associate General Counsel at Atlas Energy Solutions, beginning in November 2022. Previously, Jacqueline worked as an attorney at Naman, Howell, Smith & Lee, PLLC from March 2020 to October 2022, advising utilities on corporate and regulatory matters while preparing and negotiating various contracts. Prior roles include Associate Attorney at Lloyd Gosselink Rochelle & Townsend, P.C., where responsibilities involved advising governmental entities on compliance with Texas law, and positions as a legal intern at Pioneer Natural Resources and the Texas Education Agency, focusing on regulatory analysis and policy assessments. Jacqueline's legal career began with law clerk positions where Jacqueline drafted operational policies and personalized estate plans. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, Jacqueline has experience in community engagement as a board member of the Round Rock Symphony and has worked as a music journalist.
