Deborah Roberts

Deborah Roberts has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Deborah is currently the Director of Education and Clinical Process Improvement at Atlas Healthcare Partners since April 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Nursing at BANNER SUN CITY WEST SURGERY CENTER LLC from December 2019 to April 2020. Before that, they held the position of Director of Nursing at Banner Surgery Center-Desert, Atlas Healthcare Partners from April 2019 to December 2019, where they were responsible for overseeing clinical services, staffing, budget, and quality management. Deborah successfully increased patient satisfaction scores by 12% during their tenure.
