Kay Dul

Kay Dul has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and companies. Kay currently works as an HR Business Partner at Atlas Hotels since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of HR Advisor at Atlas Hotels from September 2021 to December 2021. Before their time at Atlas Hotels, Kay went on maternity leave from August 2020 to September 2021. From October 2014 to August 2021, they worked as an HR Manager at Howmet Aerospace, where they provided HR advice and support to a large workforce while working closely with management and trade union representatives. Kay also worked as an HR Advisor at Howmet Aerospace from January 2012 to September 2014. Before joining Howmet Aerospace, they gained experience at Honeywell, starting as a Human Resources Coordinator from January 2007 to September 2007, and then progressing to the role of Human Resources Assistant from October 2007 to December 2011.

Kay Dul graduated from the University of Portsmouth in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography. Later, in 2009, they attended De Montfort University and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. In July 2011, Kay obtained a certification called CIPD Level 7 from the CIPD institution.
