John McDonald

John McDonald is an experienced executive in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as CEO of Atlas Magnetics since May 2021. Prior to this role, John was VP of Marketing for Dialog Semiconductor, where a significant acquisition of Silego Technology was finalized. John's tenure at Silego included dual roles as VP Marketing and VP Sales and Marketing, contributing to its recognition as the 2nd fastest-growing semiconductor company and achieving notable rankings by Deloitte. Earlier in John's career, leadership positions at SiTime Corporation and Cypress Semiconductor included successful product launches, such as the first MEMS timing product and the award-winning PSoC product family. John's career began at Analog Devices, focusing on applications engineering.
