Jason Songer

Jason Songer is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and quality management. Currently serving as the Mechanical Engineering Manager at Atlas Material Testing Technology since July 2021, Jason also holds the position of Manager of Design and Quality at Hadady Corporation, a role commenced in July 2010. At Hadady Corporation, responsibilities include leading the development of new locomotive truck components, managing engineering and quality groups, and implementing a Quality Management System that achieved AAR M-1003 certification. Previous experience spans roles in design, manufacturing, and quality engineering, with expertise in finite element analysis, CNC programming, and statistical process control. Jason earned a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University Northwest and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University.
