Nicola (Nikki) Shanley

Nikki Shanley has over 20 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry, starting as the Director of Business Development at Runaway Tours in 1998. From 2006-2007, they worked as the National Sales Manager at Pleasant Holidays. Nicola (Nikki) then moved on to Aqua-Aston Hospitality where they had two roles: Regional Sales & National Accounts Manager (NCAL & PNW) from 2007-2016, and then Regional Director of Sales (Based in Northern California) from 2016-2018. In 2018, Nikki started working at Travel Leaders Group as Manager, Agent Success Strategic Partnerships and their duties included being a brand ambassador for the American Express program, collaborating with Travel Leaders Group Business Units, strategizing and educating the Travel Leaders Network Sales team, and creating presentations for agents. In 2021, Nikki took on the role of Regional Account Manager at American Queen Voyages and was later promoted to Director National Accounts in 2022. Nicola (Nikki) will be starting a new role in 2023 as Regional Sales Director - Northwest at Atlas Ocean Voyages.

Nikki Shanley attended Broxtowe College in Nottingham, England from 1986 to 1987. During that time, they studied Travel & Tourism. It is not indicated that they completed a degree program.
