Josh Breland

Josh Breland is currently the Director of Motor Fuels and Excise Tax at Atlas Oil Company. With a background in tax management and finance, Josh has held various managerial positions in companies such as Suncor, Motiva Enterprises LLC, Shell, bp, and ExxonMobil. Throughout their career, Josh has implemented cost-saving initiatives, led tax projects, and mentored teams to achieve financial success. Breland holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Houston.
