Lamar Pierce

Lamar Pierce is a Professor of Organization & Strategy at Washington University. Additionally, Pierce serves as the Chief Behavioral Strategist at Atlas Point, Scientific Advisor at Maritz, and Chief Academic Advisor at CivicScience. Previously, Lamar worked as a Non-Resident Senior Fellow at The Brookings Institution and as an Associate Dean for Brookings Executive Education at Olin Business School at Washington University. Lamar Pierce also held the title of Harrington Faculty Fellow at the University of Texas at Austin. Furthermore, Lamar holds a Ph.D. in Business from the University of California, Berkeley and completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Puget Sound.
