Genevieve Backer

Genevieve Backer currently serves as the Chief of Staff and Co-founder of Atlas Public Schools since May 2019. Prior to this role, Genevieve co-founded The Educated Baker and directed its mentoring program from July 2010 to July 2011. Educationally, Genevieve holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Social Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Creighton University, in addition to two Master’s Degrees from Johns Hopkins University School of Education. Genevieve's academic background also includes education at St. Louis University-Madrid Campus and Villa Duchesne.
