Oliver Poetsch

Oliver Poetsch is a finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, and deal execution, particularly in the M&A sector. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Razor Group since January 2021, Oliver has also held roles in finance and business development at Flexcavo and investment banking at J.P. Morgan, where the focus was on EMEA diversified industries. Additional experience includes forensic services at PwC. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and has completed a semester abroad in Business Administration at Chapman University.
