Tim Crandall

Tim Crandall is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in capital markets and mortgage risk management. Currently, Crandall serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Mortgage Capital Markets at Fifth Third Bank, leading a 75-person team responsible for various critical functions, including interest rate risk management and investor relations. Previously, Crandall held senior roles at US Bank, where responsibilities included managing 1st lien residential loan risk and overseeing capital markets activities as Executive Vice President. Crandall's career began at Ohio Savings Bank as Assistant Director of Secondary Marketing, where mortgage trading and pricing were key focuses. Crandall holds an MBA from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a BA in Business Administration from Principia College.
