Lilian Moreira

Lilian Moreira has work experience in the areas of compensation and benefits, human resources, and auditing. Lilian worked at Atlas Renewable Energy from January 2020 to May 2022, starting as a Human Resources Generalist and later becoming the Head of Compensation Benefits. In these roles, they managed and maintained employee benefits, ensured compliance with HR policies and processes, coordinated and administered labor-related procedures, developed and updated performance indicators and reports, and verified compliance with legal and contractual obligations. Lilian also conducted detailed analysis and audits of fiscal, labor, and social security documents, providing solutions to ensure compliance with legislation and the regularization of works and services. Before joining Atlas Renewable Energy, Lilian worked at Energía Consult from October 2017 to December 2019 as an Auditor, specializing in social security and labor audits. In this role, they worked on projects related to photovoltaic power generation, conducting audits to verify compliance with legal and contractual obligations, reviewing labor and social security documents, and identifying and correcting vulnerable procedures to minimize the risk of penalties and labor complaints. Lilian also monitored and directed the allocation of employees for the Previdência e Assistência Social (FPAS) fund, ensuring proper INSS allocation and preventing issues with obra averbação and the issuance of the Certidão Negativa de Débitos (CND).

Lilian Moreira has a diverse education history. Lilian obtained a degree in Administration with a focus on Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Lilian pursued further education by completing a Postgraduate degree in Strategic People Management from the same university.

In 2021, Lilian enrolled at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas to study the role of Human Resources professionals in Digital Transformation and earned a qualification in Human Resources Management.

In addition to their formal education, Lilian has obtained certifications to enhance their professional skills. Lilian completed the "Bases for Job and Salary Administration" certification from Mercer Brasil in November 2021. In 2020, they also achieved the "International Certification Chief Happiness Officer" from Reconnect | Happiness at Work.
