Andrea Aguilar

Andrea Aguilar is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various industries and roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Zeno Renewables since April 2023, Andrea is responsible for implementing HR initiatives encompassing recruitment, training, onboarding, compensation, benefits management, and workplace investigations. Prior roles include Human Resources Advisor at PEO Canada, where Andrea provided guidance on Canadian regulations to over 60 clients, and Personnel Manager at TR Canada E&C Inc., where comprehensive HR strategies were developed and implemented. Andrea's earlier positions included HR Coordinator at both United Decorating Inc. and Schaeffler Canada, as well as a recruiter role at St. Joseph's Health Care.
