Manoel de Andrade

Manoel de Andrade began their work experience in 2001 as a Project and Construction Engineer at Gamesa. Manoel then transitioned to Avantia Tecnologia e Engenharia in 2005, where they served as an Engineering Manager until 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Maintenance Supervisor at Iberdrola before joining Wind Farm Gargau S.A as a Construction Manager in 2008. In 2008, they also started working at Ecopart Investimentos S.A as a Project Manager, a role they held until 2011. In 2011, Manoel joined SunEdison as a Business Development Manager, and from 2016 to 2017, they served as a Greenfield Development Director at the same company. In 2017, they joined Atlas Renewable Energy as the Director of Business Development, a position they currently hold. Additionally, they served as a Board member at Associação Brasileira de Energia Solar Fotovoltaica - ABSOLAR from 2020 to 2022.

Manoel de Andrade has completed a specialization in Maintenance and Management at Universidade Federal de Pernambuco. Manoel also holds an engineer's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Universidade de Pernambuco. Additionally, they have obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA with a focus on Business and Management from Ibmec.
