Kanika Sharma

Kanika Sharma, also known as Maitreyi Gayatri, is a distinguished educator and program director specializing in Communication Design, currently serving as a Visiting Faculty Member and Associate Program Director at ATLAS SkillTech University since August 2021. With extensive experience managing large academic departments and designing curricula, Kanika emphasizes holistic student development and mental wellness. In addition to roles in academia, Kanika actively engages in youth empowerment through various voluntary positions at YGPT Europe and MaitriBodh Parivaar, where responsibilities include conducting training programs and holistic retreats. Previous positions include Program Coordinator at ISDI Mumbai and Design Faculty at Pathways School Gurgaon, contributing expertise in critical thinking and design technology. Kanika's educational background includes a Master's in Fine Arts in Photography and a PGDP in Photography Design, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Accessory Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi.
