Stefanos Arethas

Stefanos Arethas started their work experience in 2005 at Truist in the field of Commercial Real Estate Finance. Stefanos then worked at George Washington University as a Co-Instructor for a few months in 2011. After that, they joined Moody's Investors Service as a CMBS/CREF Senior Ratings Analyst from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they moved to Credit Suisse and served as the Managing Director/Head of CRE Origination until 2023. In the same year, they joined ATLAS SP Partners as the Head of Commercial Real Estate/Managing Director. Additionally, they were a member of the Board of Governors at CRE Finance Council starting from 2022.

Stefanos Arethas completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2004. Later, they pursued their Masters in Real Estate at Georgetown University, which concluded in 2010.
