Amanda Allan

Amanda Allan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development and voice-over artistry. Currently serving as the Director of Talent and Organization Development at NBCUniversal since June 2024, Amanda has also held significant roles including Director of Talent Development Programs at Nickelodeon Animation and Sr Artist Manager at Walt Disney Animation Studios. In addition to work in animation, Amanda has contributed as a Producer and Co-Host for the Why Mommy Drinks Podcast and has a background in therapy, serving as a Therapist at Family Connections, INC and an Adjunct Therapist at Clara Maas Hospital. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Drama Therapy from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marymount Manhattan College, alongside a certificate in Drama and Dramatics from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy.
