Danielle Krassner has been working in the technology field since 2008. Danielle began their career at Redbox as an FSR 2 in 2008, and then moved to Speco Technologies as a Repair Tech in 2011. In 2013, they began working at Atlaz as a Computer Repair Tech, where they were responsible for repairing and maintaining computers of all types including laptop hardware replacements, as well as administrating clients systems and networks. In 2015, they took on the role of Support Engineer at Hi-Tek Data Corp. and then moved to LISS Technologies in 2018 as a Help Desk Team Lead. Danielle is currently employed at Atlas Technica as a Team Lead.
Danielle Krassner has attended Nassau Community College and obtained certifications in Sophos Certified Engineer, 3CX Basic, 3CX Intermediate, Datto Technical Specialist I, and Mimecast Gateway Technical Specialist in 2020.
