David Harb

David Harb has over 8 years of experience in the IT industry. David began their career at Environmental Graphics in 2014 as a Production Worker, where they worked closely with a production team to assemble ADA compliant commercial signage and install it. In 2018, Harb joined Site Tech Services as an IT Helpdesk Analyst. During their time there, they provided helpdesk support in a high-volume environment to 5000+ employees across multiple clients in automotive, healthcare, and law industries. David also handled and resolved escalated support requests, client emergencies, and answered questions for technicians in other departments. Harb then moved up to an IT Help Desk Analyst II role, where they worked with Field Support resources to assist with on-site troubleshooting. Currently, they are a Systems Engineer at Atlas Technica.

David Harb obtained their Associate in Science in Network Systems Technology - Cyber Security from Pasco-Hernando State College between 2014 and 2017. David has also obtained several certifications from Microsoft and Cisco Networking Academy, including MD-100: Windows Client (2022), MTA: Security Fundamentals - Certified 2018 (2018), MTA: Networking Fundamentals - Certified 2018 (2018), MTA: Windows Operating System Fundamentals - Certified 2018 (2018), and CCNA Routing and Switching: Introduction to Networks (2016).
