Michael Lewis has a long history of work experience in the IT field. Michael began their career in 1998 as a LAN Administrator for Pacific Scientific EKD, where they were responsible for providing LAN administration and support for a 75+ workstation environment. In 2001, they moved to the Santa Barbara County Education Office, where they were a MicroComputer/Network Support Specialist. Michael was responsible for providing day-to-day hardware and software technical support, acting as an in-house consultant, and evaluating hardware and software solutions. In 2006, they joined Valle Verde Retirement Center as an IT Technician. In 2008, they were a Project Manager for TekTegrity. In 2010, they were an IT Operations Manager for Paris Precision, Inc. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Systems Administrator for Central Coast Pathology. In 2014, they became the Director of Technology for Modesto Christian School. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Systems Engineer for ZRT Laboratory, and from 2018 to 2022, they were an IT Operations Manager, Lead IT Systems Engineer, and IT Systems Engineer for the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. Currently, they are a Client Technology Manager for Atlas Technica.

Michael Lewis attended Santa Barbara Business College from 1999 to 2001 and obtained a Certificate of Network Administration in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications in 2002 to 2003. Michael also holds certifications from Microsoft, including MCP and MCSE.
