Tania M. Herke, CPA, CGMA has over 30 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Tania M. is currently the Sr. Director Finance at Atlas Van Lines, Inc. and Vice President Finance at Atlas World Group International. Previously, they worked at OneMain Financial as the VP Director / Assistant Controller from 2015 to 2018. Before that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at P&I Supply from 2014 to 2015. Tania also has a long history with OneMain Financial, where they held various roles including Director - Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance and Lead Analyst, Planning & Analysis. Tania M. started their career at OneMain Financial as an Associate Accountant, working their way up and gaining experience in areas such as financial planning, operational planning, and budgeting. Tania is highly skilled in implementing compliance procedures, managing finance operations, and developing complex financial models.

Tania M. Herke, CPA, CGMA, has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science, which they obtained from the University of Southern Indiana from 1984 to 1988. Tania M. later pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the same university, which they completed in 1994. Tania also holds the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, obtained in 2000, and the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) certification, obtained in 2012 from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
