Lainey Rabinow

Lainey Rabinow is the current Executive Assistant at Atlas Venture. Lainey has held this position since April of 2022. Prior to their current role, they were the Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer and General Counsel at Frequency Therapeutics from January of 2020 to April of 2022. Frequency Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on the body’s innate biology to repair or reverse damage caused by a broad range of degenerative diseases. Lainey was with RSMc from September of 2018 to December of 2019 as the Senior Executive Assistant. RSMc is an audit, tax and consulting service for middle market organizations. From January of 2010 to August of 2012, Lainey was the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director and Office Manager at The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. The Sillerman Center for the Advancement of Philanthropy is also part of The Heller School. In May of 2016, Lainey took on the role of Executive Assistant to the Director of Business Development and Office Manager at Stone Temple Consulting until the company was sold in July of 2018. After a short break, Lainey became the Senior Executive Assistant to CEO and US/Sao Paulo Senior Partners at Cambridge Advisors to Family Enterprise in September of 2012 until they moved on to their current position in May of 2016.
