Clara S. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Clara started their career at DMX Technologies Group Ltd in 2005 as a Group Regional Marketing Communications Specialist, where they developed and executed marketing assets and programs to support the repositioning of the business. Clara then joined Asia Media Systems Pte Ltd in 2008 as a Group MarCom Manager, focusing on driving business growth and establishing the brand through marketing communications strategies.

In 2009, Clara became the Marketing Manager for Asia Pacific at Pinnaca, where they established the company's first regional marketing team and introduced video conferencing services to the region. Clara then moved on to Splunk in 2011 as a Senior Marketing Manager for Asia Pacific and Japan, where they translated global strategies into regional marketing initiatives and positioned Splunk as a premier data platform in APJ.

From 2016 to 2017, Clara worked as the Marketing Director at Speedcast, where they advanced brand positioning in over 30 countries and developed country- and market-specific marketing plans. Clara then ventured into freelancing and self-employment in 2018 as a Marketing Consultant, providing marketing solutions and guidance to clients in areas such as branding, digital marketing, and lead generation.

In the same year, Clara joined J.P. Morgan Asset Management as a Vice President and Marketing Manager, driving regional marketing programs and improving client experience. Clara later joined Imply in 2021 as the Director of Field Marketing for APAC, shaping and executing integrated marketing plans to meet pipeline goals and support revenue objectives.

Most recently, Clara joined Atlas in 2022 as the Regional Marketing Program and Operations Director for APAC. In this role, they lead the marketing operations functions to support regional and local marketing teams, develops go-to-market strategies, and collaborates with the cross-functional marketing team to deliver engaging content and thought leadership.

Clara S. completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Hong Kong Baptist University, studying from 1995 to 1998. Clara then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrated Marketing Communications at HKU SPACE, from 2005 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Clara S. has obtained several certifications from HubSpot Academy. In 2018, they earned certifications in Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Inbound Marketing.
