Marcy Bruner

Marcy Bruner has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Marcy currently works at Atlas as the Director of Communications since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Atlas as the Director, Strategic Initiatives from February 2022 to March 2023, and as the Director, PMO & Quality Management from May 2022 to November 2022. Marcy also held multiple roles at Ceridian, including Director, M&A from February 2019 to February 2022, Director Corporate Development from November 2016 to February 2022, and IT PMO Leader from August 2014 to February 2022. Marcy was also the Director of Strategy Programs from April 2019 to October 2019, and the Program Manager, Infrastructure from July 2012 to July 2014 at Ceridian. Before that, Marcy worked at Best Buy as a Senior Project Manager, IT from October 2011 to July 2012. At Thomson Reuters, Marcy held the positions of Senior Project Manager, CGIE Technology from March 2011 to November 2011, Technology Project Manager from August 2006 to March 2011, and Project Manager, Content Operations from December 2003 to July 2006. Marcy started their career at Thomson Reuters as an Editorial Manager from January 2001 to December 2003. Marcy's earlier work experience includes roles at Christa Construction/NPV, Inc. as a Marketing Assistant from February 1994 to April 1995, and at Consumer Insights as a Desktop Publisher from September 1993 to November 1994.

Marcy Bruner has a diverse education history. Marcy obtained a BA in English Literature from the State University of New York at Fredonia from 1987 to 1992. During their undergraduate studies, in 1991, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at Loughborough University, focusing on English Literature and 17th Century Criticism. Later on, from 2001 to 2004, Marcy pursued a Masters degree in Human Resource Development from the Rochester Institute of Technology. In addition to their academic achievements, Marcy has also obtained two certifications. Marcy received the PMP certification from PMI in December 2007 and the ITIL Foundations v3 certification in July 2013 from an institution yet to be determined.
