Mike Woodruff

Mike Woodruff has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries.

Mike started their career in 2001 as a Volunteer in the U.S. Peace Corps, where they focused on small and medium-sized business development.

After that, they joined Americorps Vista in 2002 and served as a Volunteer, where they developed services and a sustainable volunteer pool for a Family Resource Center.

In 2003, Mike joined Accenture (BPO Practice) and held multiple roles, including Training Developer and Training Lead in the Corporate IT Department. Mike also served as a Relationship Management Consultant, working on developing and executing a relationship management and communications strategy for senior executive stakeholders. During this time, they collaborated with clients and vendors, facilitated site visits and events, and supported presentations for conferences.

In 2010, Mike joined Lawson Software as a Human Capital Management Operations Manager, where they were responsible for enabling the sales organization and ensuring their success. Mike worked on various initiatives, including reporting, lead generation, marketing campaigns, process improvement, and sales strategy.

In 2012, they joined Infor as a Customer Account Executive for Human Capital Management Products, where they managed customer accounts and focused on sales and customer satisfaction.

From 2013 to 2023, Mike worked at Ceridian, holding multiple roles. Mike started as the Director of Technology Shared Services, where they oversaw technology operations and support. Mike then transitioned to the role of Director of Business Technology, where they worked on business technology initiatives. Most recently, they served as the Senior Director of the Office of IT, managing strategic initiatives.

Lastly, as of 2023, Mike is currently employed at Atlas as the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives, where they continue to work on strategic initiatives for the company.

Mike Woodruff attended Indian Hill High School from 1994 to 1997. After completing high school, they enrolled at Miami University from 1997 to 2001. At Miami University, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Behavior.
