Roland Molnár

Roland Molnár has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Roland has most recently worked as the Director of Software Development - Payment Solutions at Atlas since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as an Engineering Manager at Hearsay Systems from November 2020 to April 2022, where they led the development of state machine and microfrontend platforms. Before that, Roland was the Co-Head of Software Development at NETLOCK Kft. from March 2019 to November 2020, overseeing the growth of the Development Department and managing the Agile transformation process. Roland also worked as a Development Manager at Dealogic from February 2017 to March 2019, where they focused on increasing the security, speed, and efficiency of the organization's financial product. Roland's earlier experience includes roles such as Lead Java Developer at Origo Zrt. and Senior Java Developer at Morgan Stanley. Roland began their career as a Java Developer, Tech Lead, and Scrum Master at ChemAxon, where they contributed to the development of chemical data storage and search tools. Roland also worked as a Senior PHP Developer at Docler Holding Budapest and as a PHP Developer and Team Lead at Jasmin Media Group, where they specialized in developing and operating secure purchasing systems for adult websites.

Roland Molnár completed their Master of Science (MS) in Technical Informatics at Budapest University of Technology and Economics from 2000 to 2006. In 2018 and 2019, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Eötvös Loránd University. Additionally, Roland has obtained several certifications, including being a member of the International High IQ Society since February 2020, holding an Exam 483: Programming in C# certification from Microsoft since December 2017, and being a Certified Scrum Master certified by the Scrum Alliance since August 2013.
