Samantha Hughes

Samantha Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Samantha started their career as an intern at Illinois State University in 2010. Samantha then worked as an Assistant Manager at Lindt & Sprungli from 2010 to 2013. After that, Samantha worked as an Associate at Pearle Vision for a brief period from 2013 to 2014.

Samantha transitioned into customer service roles and worked as a Customer Service Representative at MISUMI USA from 2014 to 2016. Following that, they joined BiblioFiend as a Writer/Reviewer from 2013 to 2016. Samantha then served as a Customer Service Coordinator at MicroTek from 2016 to 2016.

In 2017, Samantha joined Attune, first as an Account Manager from 2017 to 2020, and later as a Senior Account Manager from 2020 to 2020. Samantha then moved on to Knowlogy where they held the position of Senior Account Manager from 2020 to 2021.

Currently, Samantha works at Atlas as an Implementation Manager, starting from April 2021.

Apart from their professional career, Samantha is also a Co-Founder of Nerdhouse Tabletop, a Twitch channel that focuses on streaming tabletop games and video games, with a specialization in Dungeons & Dragons. They also raised money for ExtraLife annually. This venture started in 2019 and Samantha is still actively involved in it.

Samantha Hughes received their education at Illinois State University from 2007 to 2011. Samantha attained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English during this period. In addition to their undergraduate education, Samantha has also acquired several certifications. Samantha completed the course "Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project" at Coursera in December 2022. Likewise, they accomplished the "Foundations of Project Management" course at Coursera in September 2022. Samantha obtained a certification in "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn in June 2021.
