Vanderlei Adriano Morais has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and development. Vanderlei has held various roles in different companies over the years.

Starting in 2008, Vanderlei worked as a Development Intern at Riosoft Sistemas, where they gained experience in Delphi and ASP.NET with C# and Ext.NET. Vanderlei then continued at the same company as a Development Analyst, focusing on Delphi and ASP.NET development.

In 2012, Vanderlei joined Ecalc Software as a Junior System Analyst. Here, they worked on the development of a BI web tool using ASP.NET and DevExpress components. Vanderlei also maintained and improved an ASP.NET MVC system and worked with SQL Server and Firebird databases.

From 2013 to 2018, Vanderlei worked at Navita BR as a .NET Developer and later as a Senior .NET Developer. During their tenure, they performed system maintenance, web development using ASP.NET and C#, and created and maintained SQL Server procedures and reports.

In 2018, Vanderlei moved to Fundação Vunesp as a System Analyst. Here, they actively participated in defining and improving the systems architecture and innovations within the IT team. Vanderlei also developed and maintained high availability web systems using ASP.NET.

In 2019, Vanderlei joined Itaú Unibanco as a Software Engineer. Their role involved participating in the planning of a broker's new architecture, developing POCs using .NET Core, and working on features in legacy systems using .NET Framework. Vanderlei also collaborated with the team and management to improve internal tools and enhance developers' productivity.

From 2020 to 2022, Vanderlei worked at Nubank in various positions. Vanderlei started as a Senior Backend Developer at Easynvest and later became a Tech Lead. Here, they focused on backend development, building APIs, lambda functions, and background services using microservices architecture. Vanderlei utilized AWS features like EKS, SQS, and Redis. Vanderlei also contributed to the hiring process of new engineers and collaborated with stakeholders, business, and design areas in aligning demands.

Currently, Vanderlei is working at Atlas as a Lead .NET Software Engineer, a position they took up in 2022.

Throughout their career, Vanderlei has gained expertise in various programming languages and technologies, including .NET, Clojure, ASP.NET, and SQL Server. Vanderlei has also been involved in architecture definition, technical documentation, team collaboration, and process improvement.

Vanderlei Adriano Morais completed their education in the field of Information Technology. From 2006 to 2007, they attended Etec Philadelpho Gouvêa Netto, where they obtained a degree in Técnico em Informática. Following that, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a degree in Informática para Negócios at Fatec Rio Preto, focusing on the field of Tecnologia da Informação.

In addition to their formal education, Vanderlei has also obtained several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. In 2018, they completed the ASP.NET Core certification provided by Alura Cursos Online. The following year, in 2019, they obtained the certification for Fundamentos de Arquitetura de Software from desenvolvedor.io.

Continuing their professional development, Vanderlei acquired certification in TypeScript from Alura Cursos Online in 2018. In 2021, they completed a certification course called Clojure: Introdução à programação funcional provided by Alura. Furthermore, in 2022, they gained the Architecting on AWS certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Most recently, in 2023, Vanderlei obtained a certification in MongoDB: modelagem de dados from Alura.
