Asha Thurthi is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Product Strategy and Ops at Atlassian since August 2024, Asha focuses on leading product strategy and managing cross-portfolio initiatives. Prior to Atlassian, Asha held the position of Chief Product Officer at Bird from March 2022 to July 2024, overseeing multiple departments including Product, Design, Sales, and Marketing with full P&L responsibility. Asha's earlier roles include Vice President and General Manager at Dropbox, where leadership encompassed Product-Led Growth and various growth-related businesses, and Vice President of Product Management at Audible/Amazon. Asha's career also features positions at Sears Holdings Corporation, Synopsys, and Wipro Technologies.
